Booking Requirements
To help us process your request, please include the following details:
Subject Line: Name of the event or trip (for easy identification).
Dates: Your preferred travel window.
Flights: Departure and arrival airports (if applicable).
Travelers: Total number of passengers.
Services: Specific services required and any other relevant accessibility information.
Process & Timeline
Response Time: You will receive a reply within 72 hours.
Confirmation: Your trip is confirmed only after the budget is approved, personal details (names, passport info, etc.) are submitted, and payment is processed.
Documentation: All travel documents will be sent via email approximately one week before your departure.

Os pedidos devem ter as seguintes informações: datas, aeroporto de partida e chegada (se aplicável), número de passageiros, serviços pretendidos e outras informações de relevo.
No assunto devem colocar o nome do evento para ser mais fácil identificar. As respostas serão dadas num prazo de 72 horas.
Após aprovação do orçamento, envio de dados (nomes, dados de passaportre, etc), pagamento é que a viagem se encontra confirmada. Todas as documentações serão enviadas previamente antes da viagem, uma semana aproximadamente, via e-mail.
